Job Vacancy

Office Operations Lead

Camberley Care | Central Camberley
17 hours per week:  Wed, Thurs, Friday
£17 –19 per hour, depending on experience

A varied role for someone who likes to make things happen!

Camberley Care is looking for a proactive, organised and confident Office Operations Lead to help oversee the smooth running of our busy office and community services.

This is much more than an administration role. It is a dynamic position requiring someone who can multitask, think ahead, solve problems and take the initiative. You will need to be comfortable managing shifting priorities and addressing operational issues as they arise.

You will work closely with our Office Administrator, Duty Officers, volunteers and Trustees, supporting the day-to-day operation of our Voluntary Car and Handyperson Service, which provide valuable support to older and vulnerable residents in the local community.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Can confidently manage competing priorities and changing demands.
  • Has excellent communication and people skills.
  • Is a natural problem-solver who sees what needs doing and gets on with it.
  • Is confident using IT and computerised systems.
  • Can support and encourage colleagues and volunteers.
  • Has a professional, caring and empathetic approach.

Flexibility is important, as occasional adjustments to working hours may be required to address operational issues and the needs of the service.

If you enjoy a role where every day is different, you can make a real difference and you are trusted to get things done, we would love to hear from you.

Take a look at our website www.camberleycare.org. for the Job Description.

Interviews will be held on 29th & 30th September. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive a high volume of suitable applicants.
