Office Manager (18 hours per week)
Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour

We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager to join us in operating our very successful Volunteer driving and Handyperson service for the elderly and vulnerable residents in our community from our central Camberley-based office.

As the face of Camberley Care, you will be responsible for the Office operation and management of the Charity, engaging with Volunteers, Clients, Trustees, and Statutory Bodies.

Coordinate all aspects of the volunteer journey from recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing individual support to volunteers to ensure that all feel connected, engaged, and valued and that they understand the purpose of their volunteering role and how it fits with the vision, mission, and values of the charity.

With a sound administration background, financial acumen and the ability to work without direct supervision, you will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and enjoy interaction with clients and volunteers. You must have excellent IT skills and be used to working with databases and the MS Office Suite.
